This was my first home I have ever purchased. When I met Bob for the first home showing we hit it off. We then discovered we know a lot of the same people, including my deceased step father who I adored. Once I found out we had connections that made it that much better dealing with him, he was knowledgeable and he was there with me and listened to my wants. I knew and everyone should know this you will not get all your wants unless you have an over abundance of money, I however did not so I was okay with that. I also knew that when I found my home it would be a feeling and sure enough the 7th house was the one. Bob was with me the whole step of the way, got me with Amy at Ruoff mortgage, who is also exceptional at her job and role in the process. Bob is polite, professional, responsive in communication, he in my opinion goes above and beyond! I would never use another! Even after I moved in he is still helping me when I call or text him. Bob was always updating me on different available homes, he was flexible with time, responded to emails and texts quick. I personally appreciate others people's opinions and perspectives and Bob was always telling me what he thought of everything. He was detailed in everything from inspections, to house information, previous house reports, and even after getting our home he kept in touch and made sure that everything was done as it was said to be. This was my first home buy and I'm ever so grateful to have had Bob!

Bob Shannon did a great job as noted in the following Had been a patient of my husband and known to be responsible, with pleasant outgoing personality. Extremely hardworking, encouraging and always ready to pitch in and help. We are very grateful for his help through a process that can be drudgery and confusing. All of the above, Bob even helped with our elderly dog when I was out of town and my husband's schedule did not allow him to let the dog out during the day. Bob was very accommodating with his time and his kindness. Very solid company with many, widespread avenues for advertising. Sometimes frustrated during process of selling our large unique home but Bob stayed closely involved, keeping our spirits up!
